I love this toaster. Before buying this one I tried to get a cheaper one that was also beautiful but the quality was so bad, it was “cheap to the touch”. My kitchen is kind of old so I wanted something to bright things up and make it feel a bit more beautiful. The 4 stars is because the first one they sent didn’t work well, was toasting only on one side (not on bagel mode), so that’s always a bit unnerving when you buy a $200 toaster and the first one doesn’t even work, makes you wonder how long is this one going to last... Crate and Barrel took care of it right away though, I brought it to the store and a few days later I got the new one that actually worked.

This toaster is great. Have been using for just a few days, but easy to use, and matches with my smeg milk frother. The quality is there, and I’m sure it is made to last. :) The toast is an even, lovely toast. Love this brand - it won’t disappoint!

I know this toaster is a bit pricey but it toasts perfectly on both sides and does not take forever to toast either. I have the matte white toaster and it looks beautiful in my kitchen and I love the handle lever.

I just love the red Cream and leave the toaster on the counter all of the time now. I used to hide the old one away. However, the toasting is not good. It only toasts one side of the bread. It's disappointing that everything that comes from another country is so inferior. So sad because it's beautiful.

We received this toaster in the color Jade from our wedding registry and love the function, size, and overall aesthetic. It has several toaster time options, fits larger pieces of our homemade sourdough, and looks cute in the kitchen. This is the one product that my husband researched and specifically wanted.

The Smeg toaster is a toaster like any other I’ve owned. Mine doesn’t toast evenly on both sides, but realistically, that’s just a first world problem. It is pricey for being just an average toaster:

Clean lines with a retro modernist look-this little guy makes perfect toast every time~so good that we have avocado toast for dinner quite often! Too attractive to put away, our new gift gets a place of pride on the kitchen counter!
