Breville Control Grip Immersion Blender

All of the components are very sturdy and the immersion handle is well balanced. The best immersion blender I've ever owned and I've owned many over the years.

Excellent machine. Made a fantastic hot chocolate using the Mexican chocolate tablet.

I already had an immersion blender. I saw the Breville and was completely taken in by it. No more scratched pots because it has a protected bottom edge. It also has several other pieces for doing many more things than just going into a pot. It is much quieter than my other unit, also! I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Honestly, Breville NEVER disappoints !!! It's worth the extra investment to get the best. It checks all the boxes. I cook almost everything from scratch. so that's a lot of sous chef work. Cutting, chopping, mincing, blending.... I love this immersion blender. The design is so comfortable to use and I know Breville will stand behind the quality of this product. Also, love the stacking containers - the best for smaller kitchens like mine.

I got this as a Christmas present 2 years ago and love it! The only thing that could make it better would to be cordless. I make smoothies every morning with frozen fruit and my husband has a hard time with the sound of blenders. So I was searching for something that would provide me with a quieter sound but also multi functional. This fits the bill! What I wasn't expecting is that I can blend a smoothie faster with this than in a blender! 2+ years and still going strong. I have had a problem recently with the chopping bowl when I try to chop and blend anything with a liquid it has been leaking up and out, which it never did before. Tonight I noticed a small chip on the edge so I'm actually here to buy a replacement bowl, which I'm happy they sell!

We use it for mixing sauces, and find it quite valuable.

Just this just a few weeks ago, had never used one in the past. I am very pleased with it and use it several times a week. It’s very simple and easy to use and especially easy to clean. A very handy item to have.

The unit is a fine hand blender but after a few months of light use, the seal between the chopper bowl and its lid leaks whenever liquid is used when blending. This makes it much less useful.

The stick blender works fine. I purchased because I fell in love with the ergonomic grip. The chopping bowl is a terrible experience. I try to use it to make salad dressings. Because there is no seal, I always have liquids shooting out, leaking everywhere, soaking towels. It’s useless. Why isn’t there a seal?
